Matt Kim was phenomenal to deal with. I had a horrific experience previously with an Audi dealership in VA. Matt and the team at BMW of Alexandria were very patient. They ensured the car was perfect before I drove off the lot and answered any questions or concerns. They were straightforward with the pricing and didn't try to sneak in fees in the contracts like Audi Hampton. BMW of Alexandria is a dealership you can look forward to doing multiple deals with and know they will be fair with you. They walk you through how to maximize value with the car you are buying and genuinely care about gaining repeat business and referrals from their customers. Matt's biggest flaw is being too honest about issues with the car. He wants to ensure his customers are aware of every aspect, even if it is negative. You can rest easy knowing Matt has your back.

My experience was amazing!! I worked with Nichita and his customer service was incredible from the start to end. He kept in contact with me the whole time. My vehicle was at the port for a few weeks longer than expected and Nichita was able to work with me on the delay without me having to ask. I even traveled from Atlanta, Georgia to purchase my vehicle. I am glad I did because even after I purchased my vehicle, Nichita texted and emailed me to follow up. I will definitely recommend Nichita and the staff at BMW of Alexandria. It was such a great experience!

A week ago, I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and state of Virginia inspection. Yesterday, I called to confirm drop off time and was told by 10am so if anything was wrong with it passing inspection there would be time to fix it. I arrived today and the service associate rudely told me they don’t do inspections on Sunday. I asked for a loaner so that they could do the oil change today and keep the car until tomorrow to do the inspection on Monday. They again told me no. I asked to speak to the service manager and he loudly said “I don’t have time to talk to her.” The customer service was even rude when I picked up my car this afternoon. The only good part of my visit was the shuttle driver - he was so friendly. My friend also brought his car here a month or so ago and was told it needed $1800 worth of work. After research, he found out it is a common problem that BMW is aware of and they cover even if your car is out of warranty. They were going to charge him almost 2k for a part that was under warranty. The service department here is probably the worst I have ever seen. I’ve heard great things about the Fairfax BMW and will start taking my car there in the future (look how much better their reviews are).
