I had an amazing experience with Joe Langston and Aimee Dial! The specific car I was searching for wasn’t available locally, so I decided I was email the dealer on a Sunday when they were closed. Thankfully, Joe responded to my email and got the deal started. No dealership had ever answered on a Sunday before Joe did! First impressions are everything and from that moment on, the interaction between Joe and Aimee was fantastic. I drove from out of state and they had everything ready for me and I was in and out in no time. Fantastic people! Buying a car is usually complicated and ambivalent. You are both excited and anxious, happy and scared. Our experience with them has been amazing — and it happened twice so far. Everyone over there is super friendly and warm. Never felt pushed or rushed. Price was fair and better then than everyone else. They answered all the questions and made us feel relaxed. We chose BMW dealership In Paducah for our new car. We have used them for several years, this time Isaac Phillips assisted us and he was so professional and so was Joe Langston. I chose the x5 that I wanted & both of these gentlemen were on top of things. Couldn’t have ask for any better service. Unfortunately I was in a car accident with my first choice and they both worked together diligently and found me another x5 identical to the one I had. So within four months I worked with them on two different car purchases and I’m very very satisfied with their service.
