I just have to say as an ex dealership employee im angry these guy's are in business. It took two weeks to purchase a car from them online. Only because they would not submit the paperwork to my bank. Don't know if they didn't like the fact, I had my own financing set up and in place. This was our first online car buying experience and have to say it will be the last. I had to call everyday to ask for information or to see if they had submitted the information to my bank. After finally getting everything done they shipped my car. Only to receive it and see that the car has two engine lights on one for oil change due and the other for brake fluid flush due. You would think that in the two weeks of dealing with them they would have taken care of that. It was the least that they could have done. Never in my life have I ever bought a car with any dash lights on or services due. Please shop wisely and stay away from this dealer. .

I cant complain too much that my oil change took forever, considering they were looking at an unknown issue with a door panel as well. I do have to ding a star though as I preemptively ask if any other basic maintenance needs doing and get told no... then find out either at the dealership there is scheduled additional maintenance, or that the oil code on the dashboard lists other suggested maintenance. No clue if my car has missed anything important as I haven't been definitively told yes or no. Guess I should just become a mechanic and work on my own car.

This has to be one of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with, and I work with dealerships for a living for almost 8 years, we have purchased two vehicles from them and every single time they’ve promised things that they have not done and we just purchased a vehicle 2 to 3 weeks ago and the oil change was not done and both keys batteries were low. Was told that both ideas would be free, come to find out it was not free and charged us $80! We just had a newborn and really couldn’t afford this and didn’t even ask before they changed the oil about the price and the batteries. I absolutely DO NOT Recommend going to the dealership!!! Every department is HORRIBLE!!! 🤬😡

terrible service experience. visor was missing when I bought and they agreed to replace it, it’s 3 months out and they “lost” it and ordered the wrong one. Normal servicing was not done to the car prior because before the first month all the spark plugs were completely shot and looked like they should’ve been replaced a LONG time ago. lastly, before the first month the a/c stopped working. the took it apart, then said they would not work on it but it could be covered by my warranty, to which every other deal ship has denied or won’t work on my car. They said they can service every make and model but won’t work on my car. They NEVER call back if they say they will, you have to hound them. I genuinely would do anything to go back in time and not work with them.
