Had a great experience purchasing my new car from Auto Nation Honda. They had the vehicle I was looking for and I was quickly assisted by Charles Brownlee. They weren’t pushy on the sale and even accommodated us while we went to visit another dealership on the same day, to be sure it was the car we wanted. Once we decided to proceed with the car, Charles and the managers Andy & Jackie worked patiently to get us monthly payments that we were comfortable with. I recently made 2 purchases from this dealership for my 2 son's first vehicles. We worked with Virgie Mitchell who was PHENOMENAL! We met her when we stopped by when looking for our first vehicle, and we drove out that day in a fabulous used car (extremely clean, well taken care of, looked new), that was a perfect fit for my son. We wanted Virgie to help us with our 2nd purchase because she was so great the first time around, and she came through for us again! She was in constant contact with us regarding the details of the 2nd purchase because we had a car shipped to us from another AutoNation dealer, and there were minor issues, but nothing due to anything on her end. Virgie is very sweet and extremely personable and a dream to work with. The Sales Manager, Jon, and the Finance Manager, Jamel were also fabulous to us, and extremely helpful in navigating through the whole process. We got 2 cars over the span of about 2 months for 2 teenagers and when I am ready for my next vehicle, I will be returning to AutoNation Honda on Thornton Rd because of the care they gave us. If I could give them a thousand stars, I would! I highly recommend this dealership!!!

Be cautious when you have service done here. When purchasing my wife’s vehicle (2018 CRV) we were offered an oil change service for the first 6 years/60,000 miles. It’s been 3 years and we just hit 59,000 miles and we were due for one last oil change under this program. However, the service department was backed up and I couldn’t get an appointment time scheduled for a few days. It would also be a few hour wait if I just brought it in so I decided to do it myself as I do for all our other vehicles. When I jacked the car up and went underneath as any routine oil change, I noticed a lot of oil on the protective shield underneath the car. I removed the shield to reveal the oil pan and there was oil everywhere! Oil was caked on to the top side of the shield due to oil leaking from the negligence of Honda Technicians. You should NOT be able to remove the oil drain plug with your bare hands!!! The technician either forgot or simply didn’t tighten the oil drain plug which is the only thing keeping the oil in your car!! This lead to a steady leak of oil. How does this happen? We have only taken this vehicle to get the oil changed at Honda on Thornton Rd. So, needless to say, it has been a steady leak for 4-5 months (our last oil change). We will never have service done here again. In hindsight, we are very lucky that the drain bolt did not come out while operating the vehicle on the road/interstate. However, this was very negligent on Honda’s part. I also noticed the oil filter is not changed on every oil change. Build up of sludge/oil grime is not normal on the oil filter housing where it makes the seal. We are also missing 4 screws underneath to hold up the protective shield. Please be cautious if you decide to get service done here. I will be changing our oil going forward.

Absolutely one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. Mr. King is probably the best GM I have ever met and my Sales Rep TYLER IS MY HERO!!! The whole experience was amazing I had a 2pm appointment and the deal was done and completed at 3pm. I went back a few days later and Jon King got on the ground to check something himself and fixed the issue immediately. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING STAFF DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!

I made an appointment for various repairs and estimates for my 2008 Honda CR-V. The technician assigned to me Darrin, was courteous and knowledgeable. I did not feel like I was being told and sold unnecessary work. I felt the pricing was on the high end of fair. I was fine with that due to the warranty on the parts and labor. I had confidence that the work being done was done correctly and no shortcuts were taken.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own and the sales team was AWESOME. They could have gotten more money from me but instead looked out for my best interest. Marco and Jamar are truly an amazing sales duo. I had simple gas cap problem which wasn’t my fault but they took great care of me, as well as filled my tank up AGAIN.
