For me rating a place 5 stars means that everyone went the extra mile. It means that my experience was near perfect in every respect. I give that rating out sparingly because it’s the best compliment I can pay. I recently had the pleasure of dealing with “Di” at Atlantic Honda. He genuinely is a super nice guy and an excellent salesman. “Di” helped put together the deal that got me the car of my dreams. Not only that he’s been available every day afterward for any questions or problems. He is not some super slick hustler looking to rip you off. Do yourself a favor and head down to Atlantic Honda and crunch the numbers with “Di.” If you call over there Di Lin's extension is 136.

I took my 2018 civic si to the dealership for an AC issue. The problem ended up being the condenser under warranty. The service advisor Kris was excellent but the quality of the work was terrible. The front grill for my car was damaged and not put back into place properly. Also the front bumper is hanging off on the left side and was not put in properly at all. Along with that I replaced my headlight and fog light bulbs with LED when I first got the car in 2019 during the time the car was at the dealership the led headlights were stolen and switched out for regular headlight bulbs. The car has only been to the dealership 3 times in the last 42k or 2 years and this poor quality of work is the reason why I do all of my work on my cars myself. After discussing the issues with the manager I was told the car would be properly taken care of and the parts that were taken would be replaced. When the time came to drop the car off I called the manager 4 times and was not able to get in touch even once. Not a place recommended for service heads if you are looking for quality on a new car.

The staff and service here are great! They charge fair prices and their advisors are always a pleasure to work with. The only downsides are the long wait times for service (as with any dealership), and that I wish the communication was a little bit better for updates on when I could expect my car to get out of the shop. Still, I had a great experience when I bought my car here a few years ago and I can always count on their service department to get the job done right.

Alex was great! Was open and honest and walked me through everything he needed to do to fix my A/C and explained why the A/C wasn’t working. He also made sure to give a fair price for their service. Great service department and recommend bringing your Honda there if you need it to be fixed!

Great experience this time. It was easy to make an appointment online. I dropped off the car and everyone there was friendly. Alex took my info and was very nice and kept me updated on the car. He thoroughly explained to me what was included with the maintenance package. And I got a free car wash which they never did before.

Great service from Alex the advisor, I just switched to this dealer my two cars. The advisor suggestions were right to what the car needs and no more. Cost is very important for me. The only issue I have to mention is the time, it took 2 hours and 40 minutes which is too much in my opinion, especially when I decided to wait for the car at the dealer. Next time I might plan to leave the car.

Took my car in for service and was treated politely and courteously. Anthony was my service advisor and explained what was recommended. He gave me time to make a decision and there wasn’t any pressure. Car was ready sooner than expected. I’ve dealt with several service advisors and all of them have been top notch!
