Absolute waste of time and a trip. No one should ever bother stepping foot in this store. As a cash buyer looking to order a new 2023 Subaru, it only makes sense to shop around and see what dealership will give you the best deal. It’s 2022, and deals are not what they once were but surprisingly they do still exist (this was not my first stop). After standing and waiting in the showroom for a few minutes I was finally approached by a salesman. I told him what specific vehicle I was planning to order and that I was ready to purchase the best offer I got. Instead of taking the specifics, all he asked is where I was from. Once I said I was from Harrisburg (it’s about 25 minute drive from this location), he said they were not interested in selling vehicles to anyone not from York. That is the dumbest thing I have ever been told by any salesmen, ever. Especially considering that most dealerships would still consider a person so close to be local. My suspicion is that it’s a way for this location to discriminate against lower income areas and buyers that would be more effort to sell to (or not qualify). Not the case for me, I would have been writing a check. No one should support this place. There are lots of other local Subaru dealers that actually want to sell cars. This dealership seems to have let the current sellers market go to their head, I am sure they won’t regret that during the recession we just officially started. What a waste of a drive, and my time.

Great car buying experience! Firstly I was afraid I'd be declined without a down payment and just my old car down and the poor credit I was working with. These guys got me into a near-new car at an affordable price. I got a 2019 CrossTrek and I'm not sure I've ever been happier with a purchase. I don't feel ripped off. Apple is very clear and straight forward. I'd recommend everyone to them if I could l. Signing was easy and all done onsite and explained very thoroughly. These guys know what they are doing and they know how to please!

My whole experience at Apple Subaru was fantastic! Sean Fitzpatrick took care of me and helped me into my 2017 Subaru Crosstrek. I’d been saving for a while to purchase my dream car of the moment and I was able to go through the process at Apple Subaru without any hassle. I’m grateful to Sean and Sharon for negotiating with financing companies to get me a better interest rate, so I was able to get the protection plan I wanted and still be within in my budget for my car payment . I was not pressured into anything and was given the pros and the cons of their protection products. I highly recommend going to Apple Subaru if you’re looking for an “A class experience”. When I need another Subaru down the road, I know where I’m headed!

We had an awesome experience at the Apple Subaru dealer In York. We moved from NJ on 7/1. We needed a new SUV and after reading the great reviews from Apple we decided to purchase our car here. We were greeted by Nate, outstanding service we got from him. He is professional very personable & friendly. We were not pushed into buying the vehicle on that day. He got us a wonderful deal. They did not have the car in the lot due to shortage of cars. We received our car in August. Nate kept us updated in process and status of our car order. It was truly a great experience. The staff are all very friendly too. Shanon Fuller in the financial dept made the financial experience super easy. We got all the packages we wanted in the vehicle. We are happy customers.

We scheduled an oil change and full detail about a month in advance. We get a call the night before our appointment asking how this happened and it was scheduled wrong. So they put us in a rental and delayed our appointment. Then call us with $5600 of work that needs done on a perfectly fine car. We take it in religiously every couple months for an oil change and their “multipoint inspection”, and all of a sudden there are multiple things in the red. We replaced the cabin air filter ourselves in august and it needs replaced ASAP. When we get our car back, driving it home everything shut off on my husband. No power steering no breaks, when we look under the hood everything was saturated. So we were put back in the rental. Just picked up our Subaru today and looks like the full detail does not include removing dog hair….never purchasing another vehicle from apple subaru again.

This was the first time that I have ever ordered my vehicle. I was interested in purchasing the redesigned 23 Legacy Sport. My salesman Bobby was very helpful with the process. I love my new car so much. The experience was nothing but positive! Thank you Apple Subaru and I will make sure to recommend others!
