This is a great place to buy a car! The employees were very helpful and were knowledgable and patient with all of my questions. My salesman, Tanner Southard, was a huge help in finding a vehicle that fit my needs. They also have a great selection of used cars at prices that were better than any of the dealerships that we visited on Pensacola Blvd.

Steve is excellent, 5/5 stars for him, very helpful in the process and will accept calls even at night to answer questions. However, they (not Steve) will sell your car without properly transferring the title. Had a cop show up to my house 3 weeks after trading in my old car And he said my car was involved in a hit and run. Got a bill from the tow truck company a couple weeks after that.

I started my car buying experience at Alfa Romeo, Pensacola after seeing a vehicle on their website. I walked up and was immediately greeted by Steve Parlier. Steve quickly set a good mood and eased my nervousness of shopping for a vehicle in this market. Steve allowed me to test drive and examine the vehicle without being pushy or aggressive. Once we started looking at numbers, Steve was honest and straightforward. Steve helped me get a great deal on my trade in, which allowed me to stay within my budget. The staff was fast and I signed all the paperwork in record time. My new 2020 Silverado was prepped and clean when I was done with the paperwork and overall had my best experience at a car dealer, ever! I would recommend shopping with them and speaking with Steve!

I really didnt want to give this business a negative review but I didnt have a choice. I had my car brought in for some maintainance work as well as a motor mount replacement under warranty. It took them almost 8 weeks to fix this issue because the shop wasnt fully tooled up to do the job. After a long wait I received my car back and noticed my front bumper was damaged and sagging on the driver side. I spoke with the shipping company that brought the vehicle back and they showed me pictures of their pre-inspection pickup of the car showing the sagging bumper. I contacted their service department and spoke with the manager and he immediately wanted to pin the blame on the trucking company that picked it up. He said he'd look into the security system and get back to me. He never did. Ive sent numerous e-mails and called a few times only to never hear anything back. The estimates for the damage include replacing the bumper due to the negligence of the techs ripping the clips and shearing it off of the bumper. Im now out over $2000 for this repair. I expected more from a premium dealer that handles high end cars, but I was wrong. Avoid this headache of a dealership.
