I just bought the most beautiful BMW ever and I have to Thank my sales rep Kyle Rancourt for that. He helped me with the design and helped add all of the bells and whistles to it. He kept me in the loop on how my build was coming along. I could’ve bought it somewhere else but the salespersons were not too friendly so I’m glad I ended up coming to see Kyle because he really took care of me. We got a Mercedes, the windshield was cracked/chipped so since they refused to move down in price as a Mercedes windshield would be around $4k we agreed to have it replaced. What we didn't realize is they would completely damage the dashboard. I checked the vin number several times, the wipers, everything and would have noticed this damage and requested it be repaired. This is extremely expensive to fix! Ridiculous. Update: I went to go waste my time for them to “look” at it. I was told by their general manager he would contact me soon. That was in august it’s now October. I also called Mercedes Benz and spoke with techs and service advisors about this model and year, to see if this is a known problem, of course it’s not. I would expect more from a luxury car dealership, not just lies. Not even pay half of the damage one of your employees caused? Bad business. I also overheard their employees talking poorly about police officers. Professionalism is none existent here.

Brandon Valdez has been my service advisor for the past 4 visits to this shop and he is the reason I keep coming back. He listens to my concerns and I never feel like he is trying to get over on me because I am a woman which I love! He is the first advisor that I actually trust and value his expertise when it comes to servicing my vehicle. I won't go to anyone else! That's how amazing his service is to me. I worked with David to get a new 330e and he was extremely helpful, transparent, and professional. He worked with me to reserve the car I wanted (with a refundable deposit) and helped me to get a good deal as well. The day my car came in David even stayed late to accommodate my schedule so that I could take delivery. I've bought cars from other dealerships and had a poor experience, but Advantage BMW was much better than the rest. David kept me updated as the car was shipped from the factory. Also, there was no pressure to add any extras I didn't need like window tints etc whereas in the past other dealerships have pressured me to add unnecessary accessories.
