Marisol Arvizu is an outstanding service advisor; she makes scheduling service easy by providing quick appointments and loaner cars when needed. The service representative (Art) greeted us at arrival introduced himself and did the intake on our Acura TL. Art was very professional and positive first thing in the morning (appointment at 8a.m.) Asked what the car was being brought in for and noted everything then took us to his desk area and entered info into the computer and gave us an estimate of the cost and when the car would be ready. Art kept me informed and then notified when the car was ready to be picked up (earlier than original estimate). I would definitely contact Art again for service neeeds.

I recently had my Acura MDX serviced with Acura Pleasanton. It was my first time there and I had an amazing experience from start to finish. From the first call in I made I was treated with such professionalism. The day of the appointment, I was taken care of by Marisol. I cannot say enough good things about her! She has a customer for life in me! I will be calling her anytime I need help with my car. She went above and beyond. Not only did she diagnose the probable cause of my car issues, she made sure my car was fully serviced so I would not have to come back. She then called me a Lyft ride to ensure I picked up my child from school on time. It was the most incredible service I have ever received from a car servicing center! On top of all that, within the hour I had received a video message with an overview of how the servicing was going and the condition of the tires etc. I was so impressed! A BIG thank you to Marisol and the entire team that worked on my car at Acura Pleasanton!

Check-in was very quick. The tech (Josh) was very courteous and helpful. He went over the details of the service and since the service would take more than one day he offered a loaner car. Picking up the car was smooth and efficient.
